So I made a post earlier about scanning and I was told that the precision and dampening modules have stacking penalties. On the description there is no note about stacking penalties so where did they get that information and can someone link me to it?
For example, kin cats, stamina regs, damage mods, etc; all have the note about stacking. Precision and Dampening do not which is why this is confusing.
Also, in the future they need to make the changes show on the suit. It's ridiculous we need to get out calculators to figure this stuff out. Stamina, speed, and HP changes show up, why not precision and profile? |

Also, scouts are so fed up on speed and tank that they forget to use dampeners.

I found a chart information no longer required, but this **** needs noted on the module and when you equip it you should see the changes on your suit. |

Apparently they do or a Gal Scout could get a 0 db profile rating and a Cal Scout could get a 0 db precision rating. |
